Synchronized! is the leading podcast for the Production Music industry. During COVID, Ferry van Beek and Simon Webb developed the idea to publicly discuss the industry, rapidly creating a successful and widely respected podcast. Series 1, hosted by Ferry and Simon, features a wide range of senior industry guests in forty three engaging episodes. In 2023, Ferry retired to the Caribbean, and John Clifford joined as co-host for Series 2, currently in production.

Ferry Van Beek was a key figure in the Production Music community, running the Dutch publisher AllMusic.

John Clifford brings over 30 years of global experience in media, advertising, and entertainment, having held leadership roles at Universal Production Music (UK and Australia/NZ) and as EVP & Global Managing Director of BMG Production Music. Now based between London and Australia’s Sunshine Coast, he runs his consultancy, True Road Music, serving international clients.

Simon Webb is a renowned British composer, musical director, and arranger with a career spanning theatre, television, film, and production music. His work includes West End and National Theatre productions such as The Who’s Tommy and Henry V. He has scored over a hundred television programs, including Delia Smith’s Summer & Winter Collections and The British Comedy Awards, and composed for films like Horace Ové’s Playing Away. As co-founder and CEO of Music For Sport, Simon’s music has powered global events including the Olympics and FIFA World Cup. A huge sports enthusiast, he also enjoys building and sailing wooden catamarans.
